Project planning
After contacting our technical field service, we work out the project-specific special solution in close cooperation with our customers.
We place particular emphasis on the actual analysis before we determine the technical conditions such as machine space, workpiece stresses, workpiece material, desired cycle times, tool management, delivery dates, etc.
Tender preparation
After the analysis of the jointly developed project planning, an offer construction with your tool designs will be created. Included are: design drawings, prices, delivery times and, if required, time-cycle calculations.
Order transaction
During the entire order processing, close contact is maintained between the customer, technical sales and order construction for fine tuning purposes. Production is started after approval of production drawings.
Delivery
Upon customer request, the tools can retracted in customers manufacturing process. The customer is trained and familiarized with the tools. Products and documentation are handed over.
Customer care
Our customers have the opportunity to contact us by phone or in person, even after completion of a project, in order to clarify open or unclear points.
Quality awareness
You as a customer are at the center of our actions. We develop and produce special tools for machining technology.
